You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. 1xbad shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the player, including incorrect bank account details that cause a withdrawal to be sent to an unintended recipient.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xbad login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity. Account sharing — allowing any other person to access, use, or place bets through your 1xbad account — is strictly prohibited. 1xbad reserves the right to close any account where sharing is identified and to void any bets placed during periods of suspected sharing.

A bet is only accepted when a unique bet reference number is issued to the player. Pre-acceptance display of odds does not constitute a binding offer. 1xbad reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, including for reasons of risk management, odds error, or match integrity concerns.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human mistake, 1xbad reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. Obvious error odds are defined as prices that are materially different from the fair market price available from other licensed operators at the same time.
Any bet suspected to be related to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption of a sporting event will be voided. 1xbad cooperates fully with relevant sports governing bodies and law enforcement agencies in reporting and investigating suspicious betting activity. Players whose accounts are linked to suspicious activity may have their accounts suspended without prior notice.
Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the case of cricket, this includes the official result confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic matches or the relevant international board for overseas fixtures. 1xbad settlement times are published in the cricket betting section.
The 1xbad Casino section, including all live dealer games, RNG table games, slots, and game shows, is governed by these Terms and any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game interface. In the event of conflict, game-specific rules take precedence for that game only.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 1xbad are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional terms published alongside the specific promotion. Where a conflict exists, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbad shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, business interruption, loss of data, or any other indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the 1xbad platform, regardless of whether 1xbad was advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes 1xbad's liability for death or personal injury caused by 1xbad's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. 1xbad's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total real-money funds held in your 1xbad account at the time the event giving rise to liability occurred.
1xbad reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect, unless the change is required by applicable law or regulatory directive, in which case it may take effect immediately.
Continued use of the 1xbad platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1xbad holds its international gaming license. The English language version of these Terms is the authoritative version; any translation is provided for convenience only and does not create any additional rights.
In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact 1xbad customer support to seek an informal resolution.
